By downloading and using Word Bomb, you agree to these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of the Word Bomb application.

• Play fairly and respect other players
• Do not attempt to cheat, hack, or exploit the game
• Do not use automated tools or bots to play
• Respect the competitive nature of leaderboards
• Report any suspicious behavior to our support team
• Form words using 4-15 letters in horizontal, vertical, or diagonal patterns
• Use power-ups responsibly and within the game's intended mechanics

Word Bomb offers in-app purchases including:

• B-Bucks: Virtual currency for purchasing power-ups
• Power-ups: Bomb Shield, Extra Time, Row Clear, Wild Cards, Randomize
• Remove Ads: Eliminate advertisements from gameplay
• Cosmetic Items: Avatar customization and themes

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. You agree to Apple's Terms of Service for in-app purchases. Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies.

The App integrates with Apple Game Center for:

• Leaderboards: Compete on Ranked (fair play) and Casual (with power-ups) leaderboards
• Achievements: Unlock achievements for various milestones and challenges
• Multiplayer: Play against friends or AI opponents
• Progress Sync: Save your progress across devices

You agree to play fairly and not exploit Game Center features. Monthly rewards go to the top 10% of players!

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Do not share your account credentials with others
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Your game progress and data are stored securely
• You can request account deletion at any time through Settings → Profile
• Account termination may result in loss of game progress

• Your privacy is important to us - see our Privacy Policy
• We collect minimal data necessary for game functionality
• Data is stored securely and not sold to third parties
• You have rights regarding your personal data
• Contact us with any privacy concerns
• Our word database is filtered for age-appropriate content

• Entwined Productions provides the app "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app
• We are not responsible for third-party services or content
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• You use the app at your own risk

• All rights, title, and interest in Word Bomb remain our property
• The app is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• You may not distribute, sell, or sublicense the app

This EULA is between you and Entwined Productions, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.

If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. Apple will have no other warranty obligation.
